Heavy shadow damage spell — 27 base damage, single target. The Hex Weaver's offensive complement to Holy Smite. Combined with Curse: Feeble's resistance reduction, this becomes one of the strongest per-turn damage skills.
Shadow Bolt costs 45 mana — plan for 4+ turns of savings or open with it if mana allows. Post-Curse: Feeble, Shadow Bolt hits with -100 shadow resistance on the target, amplifying damage by ~50%. Hex Weaver's life steal returns HP based on Shadow Bolt damage, making it effectively a heal-through-damage skill.
