1. Introduction

Welcome to Rift Ranger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rift Ranger application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Rift Studios ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and Account Terms

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Account Creation: You are limited to one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Premium Gems: The Service includes virtual currency known as "Premium Gems." Premium Gems are digital items with no real-world monetary value. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real-world money or items of value.

No Ownership: You do not own Premium Gems; rather, you have a limited, personal, revocable license to use them within the Service. We may modify, regulate, or discontinue Premium Gems at any time without liability.

Subscriptions: The "Rift Sovereign" subscription provides ongoing benefits. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can manage and cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal linked in your settings.

EU Withdrawal Waiver: If you are a consumer in the European Union, by purchasing digital content (including Premium Gems or subscriptions), you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in cheating, including GPS spoofing or using unauthorized third-party software to automate gameplay.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to artwork, music, code, characters, and names, is the property of Rift Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

7. Service Availability and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination for cause (such as violation of these Terms), all virtual currency and progress associated with your account will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIFT STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the application. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
